Meet a couple who left their corporate lives behind to become apples farmers, a family on an epic exploration of ice and a standout player from the UW-Madison Men’s Basketball team.

This episode’s stories feature Bronson Koenig – a member of both the Badger Basketball team and the Ho-Chunk Nation, a family that journeys to Lake Superior to explore the ice caves, a couple who transformed an old dairy farm into a productive apple cider farm, and a dramatic meeting between a fallen soldier’s family and his former Vietnam War crewmates.

Watch the web extra “Cider Mash” to find out where the leftovers go.

Bronson reflects on his 2014 Final Four experience and some of the toughest competitors he’s faced in the Big 10.

November is Native American Heritage Month, a chance to learn more about the rich history, cultures, and traditions of Native Americans. For more about Wisconsin’s Native Communities, visit The Ways.
