Church suppers are held year ‘round in churches all over Wisconsin. There’s something heavenly about these meals. And it’s not just the venue. Commentator Terese Allen says that church suppers are one of the best places to find local and regional foods.

Terese Allen is a former chef and food writer who celebrates the pleasures of Wisconsin’s local food and culture. She’s the food editor for Organic Valley and the author of many books including The Flavor of Wisconsin.
