Contemporary powwows provide communities a chance to gather and celebrate. Each of Wisconsin’s 11 federally recognized American Indian Nations hosts powwows. College student Dylan Jennings from the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa sings, dances, and travels with the drum group Midnight Express. He shares his story.
